PERSONAL TRAINING, SMALL GROUP TRAINING, SPINAL REHABILITATION

Personal Training 1:1

30-minute personalised sessions with a skilled and knowledgeable trainer.

We apply an evidence-based approach to your workouts to help you navigate around any injuries or medical conditions. This allows you to reach your fitness goals safely and efficiently.

$70 per session.

Personal Training 2:1

Two clients experience 30-minutes of personalised strength training with a skilled and knowledgeable personal trainer.

Our 2:1 ratio allows for maximum coaching from your trainer, while still delivering an evidence-based individualised workout program to meet your goals.

If you don’t have someone to partner up with, let us know as we might be able to pair you up with someone.

$45 per session.

Spinal Programme

Decrease chronic spine-related pain issues, restore spinal function, reduce or eliminate the need for ongoing care, and improve quality of life.

Reduce the need for medical intervention. All it takes is 15 minutes, twice a week for the first 4 weeks. After 8 to 12 weeks it only requires 1-2 times per month to maintain results.
